TERMS OF BUSINESS

 

*** Fees are non-refundable including when sessions have to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control 

(such as severe weather warning, instructing the public to only make necessary journeys in snow/icy conditions etc) 

Alternative classes will always be offered where possible, when classes have to be cancelled ***

 

 *** In order to hold your child's place in class & access any discounts applicable, fees are paid monthly in advance on the 28th of each month ready for the following month's classes. From 1st April 2018 this will be by Direct Debit, managed by GoCardless, replacing the previous Standing Order system ***

*** BACS for one off payments only or Direct Debit via GoCardless to: CDC Dance Ltd / 37310929 / 09-01-29. Please put student's name as the reference if sending one off BACS transfer payment ***

 

*** From 1st January 2024, a £2.50 per customer/family, per month, administration fee is applicable ***

 

*** Monthly fees are calculated as follows: (weekly fee x 40 weeks) / 12 equal months + £2.50 admin fee ***

One full month's notice is required for cancellation of all classes

***  LATE PAYMENT PENALTIES: ***

 

Where there is 1 child in a family taking dance classes, & monthly fees are not paid on time, a 10% late fee will be applied

 

All sibling discounts (20% or 25% for 2nd siblings & 3rd siblings taught for free) are subject to fees being paid as outlined above.

 

Failure to pay by Direct Debit in advance will result in the discounts for those customers being removed.
